By making a booking with Transfers plus s.r.o online, by phone or via email, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1.5.2016.

Payment

You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. All payments (cash or credit/debit card) are processed by the transportation service provider. If you choose to pay the driver, please ensure that you have CZK, GBP, EUR or USD. Payment by invoice (by bank transfer) is possible only on request.

Deposit Payment

We require a deposit payment (at least 50%) for selected stretch limousine, for reservations where the pick-up location is outside of Prague, Segway tours, Escape rooms and for bigger group reservations. 

Amendments and cancellation

You can make changes in your transfer reservation or cancel your reservation via email up to 24 hours before scheduled reservation time. After this period you must contact us by phone.

Amendments or cancellation requests can be made also with the driver.

You will not be charged for cancellation/amendments if you cancel/amend your transfer reservation at least 3 hours before the scheduled reservation.

You will not be charged for cancellation/amendments if you cancel/amend your stretch limousine, reservations where the pick-up location is outside of Prague and bigger groups reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer reservation.

You will not be charged for cancellation/amendments if you cancel/amend your Segway tour reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled reservation.

You will not be charged for cancellation/amendments if you cancel/amend your Guided tour of Prague or Guided day trips from Prague at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.

You will not be charged for cancellation/amendments if you cancel/amend your Escape room reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.

Waiting Time and Emergency Contact

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. The waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 20 minutes after the agreed time.

In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call us.

Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles

Child/baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last-minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be a perfect fit for your child.

The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published, and you should plan your trip accordingly.

The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quote page are for illustration purpose only and Transfers plus s.r.o. does not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider. Transfers plus s.r.o. makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is obliged to behave during transportation according to the driver's instructions and mainly follow transport safety regulations. The Customer acknowledges that he has been advised on all the circumstances, including safety regulations prior to the implementation of transportation. The Customer also undertakes not to harm in any way the carrier’s facilities and maintain tidiness of the vehicle. When breaching these obligations, the Customer is aware of the responsibility for the damage that is caused by his actions to the Company or the ordered carrier. The Customer is also obliged to board transport within the agreed time unless the objective reality prevents him to board the transport time.
